No need anything as blow

1. No need to go Mofa office (like before to submit paper).
2. Your passport photocopies (get from your sponsor.) No need.
3. Introduction letter in Arabic from your employer giving details about your salary must be show 4000SR or above. No need.
4. Passport copy of your Family members.( parents / children / in-laws)
5. Your original iqama (keep a copy with yourself for records). No Need.
6. Certificate from a hospital in case your wife needs support for any reason, eg., pregnancy No need.
7. Wife's passport copy - this is to prove the relationship between your wife and her father / mother No Need.

Just fill form online and submit then make print and attest from chamber of commerce. They will activate it at same time in computer. then go to home and take rest, I got visa in one day.
